Conditions and Liability

Your online signature is required.

Requirements:

  1. All work must be professionally framed in a safe manner, with a wire affixed accordingly to hang 2D art.
    Canvas work does NOT need a frame.
  2. No sharp edges or dangerous protrusions on artworks.
  3. Artwork should not be so fragile that shipment or public display is potentially harmful.
  4. All art must be original works of art. 
  5. Work cannot be exhibited more than one time in the Great Hall Gallery. 
  6. Open to all Adult US citizens
  7. adhere to drop off and pick up dates

The Arts Centers Exhibits Committee reserve the right to use our discretion in hanging and displaying art works.

Conditions and Liabilities Agreement between Artist and The Arts Center

Art Sales: Artists members of TAC will retain 75% from art sales during this exhibit. TAC retains a 25% commission for all art sold during this exhibition. Non member commission is 35%. We encourage artists to list their art for sale, but not required. You may list art as (NFS) Not For Sale. All details in your entry submission application are final after work is sent to the juror.

Security: This is a secured facility with an alarm monitoring system. At all times, the utmost care is given to all artwork.

Terms of Entry

-Entry is open to all Adult US Citizens
-Entering this exhibition indicates understanding and agreement on the part of the artist with the conditions stated herein. Work must meet exhibition guidelines to be included in the event. TAC may determine work ineligible if entry guidelines are not followed. Work delivered must correspond with the image(s) submitted to the juror.
-Images of accepted works may be used at the sole discretion of TAC for promotional purposes including, but not limited to: the invitation, programs, website, social media, or a subsequent year’s prospectus. Images will include attribution wherever possible.
-Work cannot be withdrawn before the end of the event unless special permission is made in advance.

Liability: Artwork will be handled with all possible care. TAC will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. Insurance, if desired, must be carried by the artist.
Late Pick Up: The Arts Center reserves the right to charge a daily late fee of $5 per day.

The Arts Center is a 501c3, non-profit, charitable organization. A great deal of time and expense are involved in every exhibit.
